Please be aware that as of the 1st of July 2025, we no longer run "face to face" public courses at Raising the Bar. All of our
public courses are now run online via Microsoft Teams.

Booking a Public Course
To book public courses, you can use our online booking process by selecting the course or courses that you require and following the steps or, simply call us on

Public Course Costs
Booked individually, public courses start at $385.00 inclusive of GST however you can save up to 35% off RRP by keeping an eye out for our public course specials which are being
updated on a regular basis.
Discount for Not For Profit Organisations
Raising the Bar have a close relationship with numerous not for profit organisations. If you and/or your colleagues are looking to attend training and work for a not-for profit
organisation, please contact us and we will be happy to assist.
Free Re-sit for up to 8 months
For all of our public courses, we offer students the opportunity to re-sit a course for up to 8 months after attending the first time. This is done on a standby basis –
Simply call a day before a course is due to run and if there is a spare seat on the course, all the student needs to do is bring their book back with them and they
can re-sit the course for free.
Post Course Support
Apart from the online courseware that each participant takes away from a training course with ‘Raising the Bar’, we also offer post-course telephone support to the level of the
course attended (for up to 12 months after attendance). For example, if a participant has a question regarding something that they were shown in their training course
they can telephone or even email the query to us and a ‘Raising the Bar’ consultant will get back to them within one full business day (usually much sooner).
This applies to public and closed course attendees.
