This course is designed to help students achieve the best possible learning outcomes. You'll learn from certified Xero experts who use easy to follow instructions and helpful demonstrations so you leave with a clear understanding of Xero. We keep our class sizes small so you learn in the best, most supportive environment possible, with plenty of hands on activities to help develop your skills. At the end of this course, you'll leave with the competency required to use Xero to manage the daily operations of your small or medium sized business.
Upon completion of the Xero Essentials course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, a course manual which you can work through at home to strengthen your skills and the proficiency required to proceed to one of our more advanced Xero courses.
Who Should Attend This Course
The Xero Essentials Training Course is designed especially for students who have little or no experience with Xero’s accounting software. This course is perfect if you’re a self-taught Xero user or complete newbie who wants to gain a solid understanding of the Xero platform and learn how to take advantage of its various accounting functions in order to successfully manage your business.
Typically, students who attend this course already have some experience using other accounting packages and are looking to familiarise themselves with the basics of Xero. It is as well suited to bookkeepers and administrators as it is to accountants and
small business owners. This course is right for you if you want to understand the basic functions of Xero and learn how to manage settings, add bank accounts, add contacts, reconcile bank statements, enter purchases, create quotes and invoices, set up a basic payroll system and generate reports.
Raising the Bar public training courses are available throughout the year in our Sydney CBD training centre. Alternatively, group training sessions are available by appointment for companies and organisations in Sydney, Melbourne, Adelaide, Canberra, Brisbane and Perth.
