Xero Payroll BAS & GST Course

Course Overview

This is a one-day training course tailored to teach current Xero users how to use Xero’s accounting software to manage and report payroll, BAS and GST. The course has been carefully designed to give users a solid understanding of how to set up Xero to produce accurate and consistent reports to save your business valuable time. You'll learn from one of the country's leading experts in Xero who is a certified Xero Gold member and has over 30 years’ experience as a chartered accountant. You’ll learn how to manage your payroll obligations, reconcile accounts, enter GST transactions, prepare and submit your BAS to the ATO and more.

Raising the Bar training courses are delivered face-to-face, with small class sizes so that each student receives the required attention. Our friendly Xero experts teach using clear instructions, informative demonstrations and hands-on activities, helping students achieve the best learning outcomes possible. You'll leave this course with the skills needed to use Xero to manage the payroll, GST and BAS obligations of your small or medium sized business.

Upon completion of the Xero Payroll, BAS & GST course, you’ll gain the proficiency required to use Xero’s more advanced reporting functions. Students who successfully complete this course receive a certificate of completion and a detailed course manual to work through at your own pace so you can continue to develop your skills at home.

The Xero Payroll, BAS & GST Training Course is designed especially for students who already have a general knowledge of Xero’s accounting software. This course is perfect if you’re a current Xero user who wants to go beyond the basics and learn how to embrace Xero’s more advanced reporting functions to successfully manage your business in a more time effective manner.

Typically, students who attend this course are already familiar with the fundamentals of Xero and know how to conduct basic functions, like setting up accounts, generating reports and entering sales and purchases.
