Course Overview

This is a one-day training course tailored to teach current Excel users the intermediate features of Microsoft Excel. Lead by dedicated instructors who know the ins and outs of the Microsoft Office package, you’ll build upon your existing skills and learn valuable techniques to help you create more professional and productive spreadsheets. We’ll teach you how to manage data in multiple workbooks, use 3D formulas, apply range names, create tables and charts, use data outlining, review formulas and work with advanced formatting, style and themes. You’ll learn streamlined methods to develop reports and analyse and manipulate data quicker than you ever thought possible.

Raising the Bar training courses are delivered face-to-face by certified experts using clear, easy to follow instructions. We keep our class sizes small so that all students achieve the best possible learning outcomes and supply all equipment so there’s no need to bring anything. You’ll learn through clear demonstrations and hands-on activities and leave with brand new skills to produce more professional and effective spreadsheets than ever before.

Upon completion of the Excel Intermediate course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, a comprehensive course manual to work through at your leisure and the proficiency required to proceed to one of our more advanced Excel courses.
