Excel Intermediate Course

Course Overview

This is a one-day training course tailored to teach current Excel users the intermediate features of Microsoft Excel. Lead by dedicated instructors who know the ins and outs of the Microsoft Office package, you’ll build upon your existing skills and learn valuable techniques to help you create more professional and productive spreadsheets. We’ll teach you how to manage data in multiple workbooks, use 3D formulas, apply range names, create tables and charts, use data outlining, review formulas and work with advanced formatting, style and themes. You’ll learn streamlined methods to develop reports and analyse and manipulate data quicker than you ever thought possible.

Raising the Bar training courses are delivered face-to-face by certified experts using clear, easy to follow instructions. We keep our class sizes small so that all students achieve the best possible learning outcomes and supply all equipment so there’s no need to bring anything. You’ll learn through clear demonstrations and hands-on activities and leave with brand new skills to produce more professional and effective spreadsheets than ever before.

Upon completion of the Excel Intermediate course, you’ll receive a certificate of completion, a comprehensive course manual to work through at your leisure and the proficiency required to proceed to one of our more advanced Excel courses.

Who Should Attend This Course

The Excel Intermediate training course is designed especially for students who want to enhance their existing Excel skills to go beyond creating basic spreadsheets. This course is perfect for those wanting to gain confidence before moving onto expert level tasks and for companies looking to improve efficiency through more advanced spreadsheet management.

Typically, students who attend this course are already familiar with the fundamentals of Excel and know how to create basic spreadsheets and are ready to take these skills to the next level.

Very happy that we went with RTB - very professional + efficient. Comms leading up to the course was fantastic. Would definitely utilise you next year. I really liked how Craig would give detail into every click he was making. I also liked that without needing to ask, he would also say things twice (incase you missed it the first time) so first he would go through the steps and then slowly do it all together. This provided ease of learning.
