Craig

Craig | Principal/Consultant

Craig Holmes worked in the Royal Australian Air Force as an Aircraft Mechanical Engineer from 1991 – 1997. After this period he was self employed as a graphic designer and consultant to the photographic industry from 1997 to 2000. He then trained as a Senior consultant for Learning Alliance from 2001 to 2003 and then six months for Pollak Learning Alliance.

In May 2003, he opened up his own training company (Raising the Bar Pty Ltd) specialising in mobile training for corporate enterprises. Craig has a Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment and is a Microsoft Office Specialist Master Instructor who trains in all levels of Access, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, VBA programming, Photoshop and Project to an intermediate level.

Mark

Mark | Sales Manager

Mark Van Heythuysen began his career in the training industry over 20 years ago, starting out in production and sales of self-paced video and CD-ROM based software training courses. In this role, he cemented a number of strong relationships with many corporate and government clients.

In 1999, Mark commenced a ten year career at ‘Pollak Partners’ (later known as TP3), starting as an Account Manager and departing in 2009 as the NSW Sales Manager.

In November 2009, Mark joined the team at ‘Raising the Bar’ in the role of Sales Manager.

During Mark’s 20 + years in the industry he has been involved in putting together numerous customised training solutions within a broad cross-section of industries.

Sean

Sean | Consultant

Sean’s work life started with materials management in the automotive industry where his skills and passion with computers soon blended with and eventually overtook working with components and assembly lines. After a formal education in various computer programming languages his ability to communicate these concepts lodged him firmly in the IT Applications training industry. Since 1995 Sean has been working for some of Sydney’s largest IT Training companies, Delivering a mix of Microsoft Office Applications including Excel and Access VBA, HTML/CSS/Web Design, Adobe Photoshop and other image editing software.

Sean has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and is registered with the Australian Public Service (APS) Panel for facilitating training with Government Organisations.

Dieter

Dieter | Consultant, Facilitator, Trainer, Coach

Dieter has over 30 years experience working in a wide range of contexts including human resource management, industry and business training, learning and development, leadership and organisational development. He has worked predominantly within the manufacturing (BMW South Africa) and the training industry, both in South Africa and in Australia.

Dieter has designed and presented many leadership and management development programs to achieve organisational change and improved management practices, both in the public and the private sector. As General Manager Professional Services of a large Australian training company, he also managed and mentored a large specialist team of learning and development consultants.

His passion and dedication for learning and development motivates the individual and the organisation to be more results-focussed and committed to continuous improvement. His facilitation style challenges the personal comfort zone.

Dieter has for many years coached on a wide range of topics in and across numerous industries and management levels. Dieter’s expertise includes providing Laser Coaching individuals on any topic in 15 minute “on-call” sessions conducted by phone. This has been an integral part of various leadership programs, providing in-the-moment support to participants when they need it most.

Mentoring

Dieter draws from his own international and cross-cultural experience as well as the experience of those he has coached and mentored for over 20 years to provide practical and relevant mentoring support for leaders in numerous fields.

As an experienced trainer and facilitator, Dieter’s focus has been on individuals and groups achieving outstanding results by realising their potential. Mark Harding is a Chartered Accountant, a Xero Gold Champion, Xero Trainer (Qualified CERT IV Training Certificate), Xero Advisor, Xero Certified Payroll Specialist, Xero Certified Migration Specialist and a qualified WorkflowMax Adviser. Mark specialises in Xero as he believes this cloud based program has the ability to turbo-charge any business. With 30 years of experience in both running his own business and assisting others, Mark is very practical, experienced and technical.
