Dieter has over 30 years experience working in a wide range of contexts including human resource management, industry and business training, learning and development, leadership and organisational development. He has worked predominantly within the manufacturing (BMW South Africa) and the training industry, both in South Africa and in Australia.
Dieter has designed and presented many leadership and management development programs to achieve organisational change and improved management practices, both in the public and the private sector. As General Manager Professional Services of a large Australian training company, he also managed and mentored a large specialist team of learning and development consultants.
His passion and dedication for learning and development motivates the individual and the organisation to be more results-focussed and committed to continuous improvement. His facilitation style challenges the personal comfort zone.

Dieter has for many years coached on a wide range of topics in and across numerous industries and management levels. Dieter’s expertise includes providing Laser Coaching individuals on any topic in 15 minute “on-call” sessions conducted by phone. This has been an integral part of various leadership programs, providing in-the-moment support to participants when they need it most.
Dieter draws from his own international and cross-cultural experience as well as the experience of those he has coached and mentored for over 20 years to provide practical and relevant mentoring support for leaders in numerous fields.
As an experienced trainer and facilitator, Dieter’s focus has been on individuals and groups achieving outstanding results by realising their potential. He has worked with many clients in the provision and implementation of outcomes-based solutions especially in the Learning and Development area. Dieter is a certified practitioner in numerous diagnostic tools including Team Management Systems, DISC and Human Synergistics (LSI). He is skilled at integrating these tools into team development programs as well as coaching individuals to integrate their insights from these tools into their team leadership approaches.
