Project Advanced -  Resource Management 2013 Course

Course Overview

Our Microsoft Project Advanced course has been created to teach students how to manage a project’s resources, scheduling and associated costs. Students who attend this course will gain a working in-depth knowledge of creating and managing project resources, scheduling recourses, managing multiple resource calendars, resource pooling across projects, manage resource conflicts and overallocations, understand and assign various types of resources as well as project resource and cost reporting.

Who Should Attend This Course

This course expands on your current knowledge of creating and managing Microsoft Project tasks a timeline using the Gantt chart. After learning how to manage the tasking aspect of a project, students typically want to expand into learning how to manage project resources and costs. This area of Microsoft Project can get complex and hard and manage however with expert guidance and tuition you can become an expert and complete a project from start to finish in a very short space of time.
