Outlook Beginner Course

Course Overview

This is a one-day training course customised for beginners to learn the basics of Microsoft’s Outlook software. Often underutilised, Outlook is a powerful and innovative platform capable of so much more than just sending and receiving emails. During our training, participants will not only learn Outlook’s basic email functions, but also how to add attachments to emails, create email signatures, set up read receipts, flag messages, manage spam and junk mail, create customised calendars, manage contacts, create tasks, use print functions and more.

Raising the Bar’s courses are delivered by certified experts who are well versed in all of Outlooks functions. Our training courses are tailored to be informative and easy to understand, with small class sizes ensuring all students receive personalised attention. Our dedicated trainers will teach you the basics of Outlook with clear instructions using demonstrations and hands-on activities to ensure all students leave with the confidence required to use Outlooks basic functions. All equipment is supplied, so there’s no need to bring a thing.

When the course is complete, students receive a certificate of completion, a detailed course guide reinforcing all the skills covered during the training, 12 months of phone and email support from Raising the Bar and the proficiency required to undertake our Outlook Advanced course.
