The Prize

You will receive a weekend for 2 staying at the Sebel Kirkton Park in a Deluxe Queen Room. You will also each receive a daily complementary continental breakfast and a 1 hour remedial massage (1 each).

The Deluxe Queen Rooms are beautifly appointed with 1 Queen Bed. Each bathroom has an Ensuite Shower and separate Bath. Spectacular views from the balcony of the Brokenback Range and Hunter Valley Vineyards.

Entry into the promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions. The prize package consists of a weekend for 2 to The Sebel Kirkton Park Hunter Valley and 2 one hour remedial massages (1 each) valued at A$790 The promotion commences at 9:00am on 7th July 2008 and ends at 5.00pm (AEST) on 31st October 2008 ('Promotion Period'). Entry is open only to NSW residents over the age of 18 years during the Promotion Period. Directors, management, employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and their associated agencies and companies are not eligible to enter. To enter, eligible entrants must, during the Promotion Period, book and pay for a course from Raising the Bar ('Promoter'). One booked course will entitle the entrant to one entry into the draw. Entrants in the competition may enter as many times as they like. The winner will be notified by telephone or e-mail within 2 days of the draw date and will also be sent a letter advising them of their prize. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated. Prizes are not transferable to another person (unless agreed to by the Promoter) or exchangeable for other goods and services and cannot be redeemed as cash. The prize must be taken within 12 months from the date of the draw. The Promoter and their related bodies corporate, officers, employees, contractors and agents, and all other suppliers of prizes, will not be liable for any loss, damage or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained in connection with this promotion.
