About Us
At Raising the Bar, our mission is to do just that, “raise the bar” in desktop
training. Our team of certified and highly trained consultants are dedicated to delivering the
finest software education in Microsoft Office, Web Design and Adobe products the industry has to offer.
Since it’s inception in early 2003, Raising the Bar has specialised in
group training for small to large government and corporate
organisations on-site (their premises), both in Sydney and along the east coast
of Australia. Our training rooms in North Sydney allow us to cater for individuals as well as small corporate
groups who may not have their own on-site facilities available. Our small class
size ensures more individual attention, whilst the use of adult and accelerated
learning techniques give students total confidence they are receiving the
highest quality training. We will continue to conduct and deliver group training
outside of our training rooms and look forward to expanding our current computer courses on offer.

Public Transport
Our new training facilities are situated in the busy business hub of North
Sydney. Public transport is easily accessible with North Sydney station and the
public bus interchange a short 3 minute walk away.
Driving
If you are driving, we advise that on street parking can be difficult to access
and is fairly expensive, with most of the main streets metered during business
hours. However, there are several parking stations situated within close
proximity to our premises offering early bird specials if you do choose to
drive. We can provide details of the closest parking stations and rates upon
enquiry.
Parking
There are many car parking stations close to our training centre in North Sydney -

Most car parks offer an early bird parking special from $18 to $25 when you enter before 8:30am
and exit after 4:30pm. To check rates please visit their website.
Refreshments
Refreshments are available throughout the day. We supply the following items:
- Tea and Coffee
- Biscuits
- Lollies
- Water
- Fruit Juice
- Soft Drink
Please note that we do not supply lunch.
Eateries
Within easy walking distance you have access to several shopping centres and
food courts, such as Greenwood Plaza and Northpoint, and an abundance of cafes
are situated along all of the main thoroughfares.
